Instructions:
1. Print two copies of the activity (3 if 3 students are playing, etc.).
2. Laminate for durability.
3. Select the specific cards you would like your students to use (he vs. she).
4. Have each student take 3-4 cards to begin.
5. Play the game similar to Go Fish. It should look like this:
- Student 1 = Do you have "he is riding"?
- Student 2 = No. Go Fish. Do you have "she is skating"?
- Student 1 = Yes (gives the cards to student 2).
- At this time both students would select a new card from the pile.
- Game continues in this fashion until all of the cards are gone.

ReplyDeleteThanks Brea! I love finding new ways to target pronouns :)
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for the freebie - always so appreciated! The pics are so sweet and will be perfect for another way to target pronouns. :)
ReplyDeleteI LOVE Go Fish for therapy since it can be used for so many different skills with all of the various card deck designs out there! Thank you for a pronoun version!!! Looks great!!!
ReplyDeleteThank you - I have two little ones that will think this is pretty great!
ReplyDeleteThank you so much! I look forward to using this soon! My grammar group is getting a little burned out and this game might be just what we need!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Brea! This is so cute! I have been looking for a fun pronoun activity for several preschoolers and this is perfect!
ReplyDeleteThanks for this very useful activity! I absolutely appreciate that you chose images that actually have something to do with the target! Many times I see great activities with very cute images/clipart, but they have nothing to do with the target at hand. For example, imagine your pronoun activity but the clipart used is of different colored fish. Thanks again!
ReplyDeleteUsed this with a few different students over the past week. I made it very structured- I have -- Do you have ---, etc. and it was very insightful as well as fun. So simple and yet beneficial for all of us! Thank you!
